Title & Shipping

 

Title:

Retention of title shall remain with Inside Office until such time as full payment has been made. Any products purchased through this website will require full payment before any products will be shipped to the customer. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding project work, large quantities or ongoing Preferred Supplier Agreements.

 

Shipping:

  1. Our standard lead times are from 5 working days to 30 working days depending on the item and availability. Most in stock Express items will dispatched as quickly as possible.
  2. All shipping is carried out through third party contractors and as such these fees cannot be refunded. Our best advice would be to have your item delivered to your workplace. We can ship to most areas in Australia but if you are in a regional area please contact us to discuss any potential changes in lead time and costs.
  3. Pick up is available in NSW, QLD, VIC and WA. Please contact us to see if this is convenient for you to do.
  4. We offer flat rate metro shipping to your door ranging from $69 to $200 in NSW, QLD, VIC and WA. Please note that if you live in a regional area, or are unsure, please call or email for individual quotes. 
  5. We cannot ship to a PO Box or an Australia Post Pickup Point, only physical addresses.
  6. Our shipping includes front door ground floor deliveries. There will be no taking the delivery inside, unpacking, assembly, or disposal of the packaging material included in any deliveries. If a delivery needs to go to a particular floor, please contact us to discuss at time of order.
  7. Delivery and installation can be arranged but please be aware that this will have an added cost and lead time, and will not be available in all areas. Please contact the Customer Service Team for clarification.
  8. Futile deliveries (refusal of delivery) will attract an additional charge for re-delivery usually the same as the first delivery charge. This will need to be paid before delivery is attempted for a second time. 
  9. Damaged goods, defective goods or wrongly supplied items can be rejected and returned. In the event of this occurring please let us know referring to the Invoice Number and providing images to support your claim. This must occur within 2 days of the goods being delivered or it will deemed that the order has been delivered complete and in good condition.
