CAN I return my purchased item?

Please choose the items carefully before making your selection and proceeding with the purchase of our products as we do not refund for change of mind.

Damaged goods, defective goods or wrongly supplied items can be rejected and returned. In the event of this occurring please let us know referring to the Invoice Number and providing images to support your claim. This must occur within 2 days of the goods being delivered or it will deemed that the order has been delivered complete and in good condition.

CANCELLING ORDERS

Not all items purchased from Inside Office can be cancelled, this would only apply to standard stocked items and only prior to the item leaving the warehouse to be delivered.

Items that are not in stock in the Inside Office warehouse that need to be ordered from a supplier cannot be cancelled once they are in transit.

Items that are made to order or procured for an individual order cannot be cancelled once manufacture has begun production.
